Field Employees (Dog Walkers, Pet Sitters, Seasonal Help)

These positions are typically part-time.

Dog Trainers

These positions are typically part-time. Trainers receive the same benefits as field employees in addition to attending dog training classes with their dog for free.

On-site Employees (Daycare Attendants, Managers, Office & Admin)

These positions can be either part-time or full-time. On-site employees receive the same benefits as part-time dog walkers and pet sitters in addition to:

401K with Employer Match

All Fur-Get Me Not employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k program on their 1 year anniversary of service provided they are of 21 years of age or older and have worked an average of 20 hours per week, or, 1000 service hours within a consecutive 12-month period.

Fur-Get Me Not will match 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of salary per-paycheck, and 50% of percents 4 and 5. Enrolled employees are immediately vested, and are able to roll forward their plans upon the end of their tenure with Fur-Get Me Not.

Health Insurance

All employees consistently scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are eligible to participate in the Fur-Get Me Not group health insurance plan after 60 days of employment. Fur-Get Me Not pays 50% of the employee premium, employee portion of premiums will be deducted pre-tax from each paycheck.

Paid Time Off

All regular full-time (40 hours per week) Fur-Get Me Not employees are eligible for paid time off, as well as paid holidays.
