| Lockbox Deposit we will supply a lockbox for our employee to use to access your home. The lockbox can be held at your property for the duration of our services, whether brief or ongoing. Upon your request to conclude services, we will pick-up the lockbox and refund the deposit. The deposit will be billed on your first invoice. |

| Pet Taxi taxi your dog to our daycare (within a 5 mile radius) or take your pet to the vet. Each additional mile is $1. Vet appointments are additionally charged as pet sits for each 30 minute block of time the sitter is at the vet office. |

| Trainer Development for Dog Walks Training Development option to help your dog acclimate to their dog walker. A dog trainer will begin the service and over the course of multiple sessions, transition in your dog walker and hand-off an action plan on how to enter your home, approach, harness, and walk your dog so that both the dog and dog walker are comfortable. The overall goal is for you to have your dog cared for with the physical and emotional safety of all in mind. Your trainer will communicate daily what parts of the developed protocols were considered and practiced. Your trainer might seek more information as the plan comes into fruition.
