Rescue Partnerships

Our specialty is getting adopted rescues off to a good start and developing well-mannered family dogs.

Fur-Get Me Not has formed partnerships with these local non-profit organizations by offering 3 distinct programs.

1. Discount Program

Animal Welfare League of Arlington - any dog adopted within the first 60 days of adoption, will receive their choice of either a free 30 minute phone consult with a Fur-Get Me Not trainer ($45 value) OR a $30 coupon good towards any Fur-Get Me Not training class, private, or workshop. (see adoption packet for coupon and instructions on how to redeem)

Homeward Trails Animal Rescue - any dog adopted within the first 30 days of adoption, will receive a free 30 minute phone consult with a Fur-Get Me Not trainer ($45 value). Lucky Dog Animal Rescue - any dog adopted within the first 30 days of adoption, will receive a free 30 minute phone consult with a Fur-Get Me Not trainer ($45 value). 2. Scholarship Program

This program is designed to give rescues and adoption agencies another tool to use to educate their team, help dog owners connect with their new dog, or improve the chances a dog can find their permanent home by honing their obedience skills. Fur-Get Me Not will donate 2-month Levels Program scholarships ($225 value) to our partners to use as they see fit. The scholarship donations are driven by customer referrals and are a way for us to say Thank You to our partners and to help them continue the great work that they do.

3. Educational Program

In addition, Fur-Get Me Not is committed to helping rescues, adoption agencies, and other non-profit organizations, educate their staff and volunteer teams about positive dog training techniques and their effectiveness in shelter, rescue, and therapy settings. Fur-Get Me Not conducts free seminars and workshops to the following organizations on a routine basis:
